SysTools Export Notes - How it Works?
SysTools Export Notes is the versatile NSF to PST Conversion tool to convert NSF file to PST file. Software convert Lotus Notes emails, contacts, address book, journals, calendar and to do list to MS Outlook PST file.
- Go to start > Programs > SysTools Export Notes, Open SysTools Export Notes. Start-up Screen will appear as follows:
- Click Browse button to select Lotus Notes Database to be converted to MS Outlook. Now Software displays following screen:
- Click on Start Scan button to scan the selected Lotus Notes Database. After this, Software starts to scan selected Lotus Notes database for emails, contacts, calendars, journals, to do list as in the screen below:
- As soon as the process of scanning completes, SysTools Export Notes will display all the emails, calendar, contacts, journals, to do list in different tabs as shown below:
- After reviewing items of Lotus Notes Database, go to Export tab to export Lotus Notes Database to Ms Outlook as in the screen below:
- Select or deselect the items to be converted to MS Outlook (.pst). Then choose Outlook Format. Lastly click Start Conversion button to start the conversion of NSF File to PST file.
