SysTools Notes to Excel is the efficient Notes Address Book Conversion Tool that convert Lotus Notes contacts to Excel file in just 3 easy steps…
- Go to start > Programs > SysTools Notes to Excel , then SysTools Notes to Excel, start-up screen appears as below:
- Click on Browse button to select or open Lotus Notes address book File (.nsf file)
- After Clicking Browse button following screen appears:
- Then Click on Scan Notes Contacts to scan Lotus Notes Address Book just after completing the scanning procedure SysTools Notes to Excel will display all the contact information as following:
- Now click on Export to Excel button from the right top of the screen to export or convert these contacts to MS Excel file. Then software will display following screen:
