Lotus Notes Address Book to Outlook Express Conversion using SysTools Notes Contacts to Outlook Express is done in two group of methods.
- Conversion of names.nsf file to CSV file (OE-Contacts.csv)
- Importing CSV file to Outlook Express
Conversion of names.nsf file to CSV file
Open SysTools Notes to Outlook Express. Go to Start menu » Programs » SysTools Notes to Outlook Express » SysTools Notes to Outlook Express as shown below:
Click on Browse button to select names.nsf file to be converted to Outlook Express WAB file. After selecting names.nsf file, click on Scan Notes Contacts button to scan the selected names.nsf file as shown below:
After scanning Lotus Notes Contacts, software will display following screen:
Now click on Export Contacts button from the right top of the screen to export or convert these contacts to CSV File. Then software will display following screen:
Select the contact fields that you wish to export or check the Select All to export all the fields to CSV file as shown following:
Now click on Start Conversion button to convert Notes contacts to CSV File. Then software will ask the location to save the converted CSV file, After conversion process completes SysTools Notes Contcats to Outlook Express will prompt one message box as follows:
SysTools Notes Contacts to Outlook Express Software will display you the number of contacts exported successfully to OE-Contacts.csv file.
Importing CSV file to Outlook Express
Open Outlook Express. Go to File » Import » Other Address Book... as shown below:
Now Click Text File (Comma Separated Values), and then click on Import as shown below:
Now locate CSV file that you exported from SysTools Notes Contacts to Excel from following screen:
Click on Browse button to select converted CSV file, after selecting the file, click next button to proceed further. Now select the Map fields that you wish to import and then click on Finish button as shown below:
After exporting CSV file (OE-Contacts.csv) to Outlook Express, the software will display you the number of contacts exported successfully to Outlook Express Contacts as shown below:
